Survey Manager Andy. S. (Based in Hong Kong)

Andy has completed his post-graduation education from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in International Shipping and Transport Logistics in 2012. Prior to that, he completed his pre-sea training from Wuhan University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Navigation technology. With working experience in shipowners' company, insurance company and some marine survey & consultancy services companies, Andy has enhanced his professional skills and competence by participating in various types of audits and inspections for Class, P&I Club, Insurance, Cargo Owners, Shipowners and Charterers. 



Captain J.Q Wang (HK & Major Ports in China)

Captain Wang started his sea-going career in 1990s, serving as a master of several ocean-going vessels, with extensive experience in ship management at sea for several years. Since 2004, Capt. Wang served as a marine surveyor. He is an expert in conducting cargo/container condition/damage survey, ship condition/damage survey, accident investigation, loading/discharging survey of heavy cargo.



Chief Engineer B. Hu (HK & Major Ports in China)

Bob has over twenty years of seagoing experiences, sailing up to the rank of Chief Engineer on bulkers, containers, general cargo and chemical tankers. Throughout his career at sea, he has dealt with all types of routine and unexpected operational requirements. He has handled all kinds of marine surveys such as S&P survey, hull and machinery survey,   P&I condition survey, machinery failure Investigation, car​go damage survey, supervision of ship repairing, building and launching. 


Cargo Surveyor A. Yip (Hong Kong and GBA)

Mr. Yip focus on cargo survey for more than 20 years. He has conducted cargo/container damage/condition survey, loading/discharging survey, draft survey, cargo tally survey, cargo package survey and etc. He has sufficient experiences of vast variety kinds of cargo surveys, such as dirty cargo, wheat, corn, soy bean, corn,  steel cargo, electrical equipment, frozen food, fruit and vegetables, medicine products, liquid cargo, heavy lift cargo, project super cargo.



Marine Engineer Consultant T. Zeng (Major Ports in China)

Tony has 22 years working experices of newbuilding, DD, repairing, system tests and sea trails. After graduation, he started his career as an engineer in marine hull and machinery area. He has extensive experience of marine engineering, worked in Lloyd’s Register as a Class Surveyor, Site Superintendent in several global ship design companies and some famous shipyards in PRC. 


Chief Officer M. Xu (Major Ports in China)

After graduation, Michael had been serving on board bulk carriers, container vessels as Second officer and Chief Mate, obtained much experience in bulk and container vessels. After that, Michael served as a marine surveyor and has good training, qualifications, knowledge and experience to perform ship condition/damage survey, cargo/container condition/damage survey, on/off hire condition and bunker survey, BQS, bunker detective survey. 


Senior Surveyor L. Li (Major Ports in China)

Mr. Li started his marine survey career in 2010, has considerable experience acting for insurers, owners in a wide range of surveys onboard bulk carriers, containers, and general cargo ships. Lawrence is in good command of the knowledge,  skills and experience to perform P&I condition survey, risk assessment, hatch cover weather tightness tests, cargo/container condition/damage survey, on/off hire condition and bunker survey, BQS, bunker detective survey and etc.
